Quite unplanned and unexpectedly my husband and I found our dream house without any forethought to buying a new home or selling our existing home. Amanda, as the Seller's list agent, ethically found us a neutral agent real time so we could make an offer and provided us names of mortgage brokers so we could quickly get pre-approved. We were able to make an offer the same day as we saw the dream house. That timing was the critical event as we were not the only offer that day. Our offer was accepted and had we not made it that day we would have lost the house.
